As a proud member of the Lincoln Community Foundation (LCF), I’m excited to share how our organization continues to make a meaningful impact on our community, particularly when it comes to supporting our youth—the future leaders of Lincoln, California.

One of the cornerstones of a thriving community is ensuring that our youth have access to the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and stay engaged. At LCF, we’re passionate about investing in programs and initiatives that directly benefit the children and families in our community.

Recently, we had the opportunity to step up and support the efforts of the TBMS Parent Teacher Club (PTC) in their mission to revitalize the old marquee at TBMS, which had been inoperable for several years. The TBMS PTC had set out to raise enough funds to purchase a new marquee, with a hefty price tag of $25,000. Recognizing the importance of this project for the school and the broader community, LCF was eager to lend a helping hand.

As a parent whose daughter attended TBMS, this project holds a special significance to me. I understand firsthand the importance of providing our students with a safe and supportive learning environment. That’s why I’m proud to say that LCF contributed funds to make a significant contribution towards this effort, helping to alleviate some of the financial burden faced by the TBMS PTC.

While our contribution may have been just a small dent in the overall fundraising goal, it symbolizes our commitment to supporting initiatives that directly benefit our community’s youth. By investing in projects like the TBMS marquee replacement, LCF continues to demonstrate its dedication to enhancing the quality of life for all residents of Lincoln.

Together, through collaborative efforts and community partnerships, we can create a brighter future for our youth and ensure that they have the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.
